In the set-up options for the league, just turn on fantasy draft and set the player pool to "All Teams" and leave the "Allow Duplicates" setting on "No - Keep Best". That will include the players from the all-time teams and classic teams in the draft pool but only the highest-rated version of each player.

Thanks, but won‘t there be a draft right at the beginning of the season? I would like to play a full season and then have the draft.
