Hands down, MVP 2005 is my top-choice! I also really enjoy MVP NCAA '07 and the new MLB The Show. Triple Play 2000 is also a classic!

'22 got my vote. Simply amazed so far. Stellar gameplay.
I hope someday MLBtS can incorporate the rich aspects of OOTP. That would be the perfect baseball game.You want free speech?

My personal favorite is Slugfest 20-03 but MVP Baseball 2005 was great too and has a very nostalgic soundtrack

Tough to pick an MLB The Show as a favorite they were all very good. The game changed for the better when they incorporated custom cameras with the 2010 version. I had fun with some of the other games over the years but Sony wins this for me hands down.Comment

All Star Baseball 2005 is still my favorite baseball game.
Tony La Russa/Hardball III/Sportstalk Baseball/MLB The Show series are all among 2nd in lineI can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

For me, The Show 22. And I think it finally surpasses MVP 2005 for me. It's always been neck and neck. But 22 is just such a great game of baseball between the lines.
At one point, for many years, World Series Baseball 98 for the Saturn was my all time favorite baseball game. I know not many had the Saturn, but man was it good. If you ever get a chance, give it a shot.Comment
