Franchise injury help

Hi everyone, been trying to start a new franchise for the past three weeks and cannot for the life of me get manual injuries to work. I have everything set to manual. Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Go to the injury screen and press r1 and nothing happens. Can anyone give me a step by step process to fix this? i sent in a bug report for this but have not received anything back from sds. This is on ps5.

By everything set you Manual, you meant you went into general settings, advanced, and changed just injuries to manual? Correct?

Everything in settings is set to manual.

I'm confused when you say "everything" the only setting that should be in that entire section it can set up manual is injuries.

No it's done in a completely different screen after you start the franchise.

You'll go to the setting in the top right hand corner. General settings, then tab over to advanced general setting. You'll see the injuries there.

Im pretty sure I have it set to manual. I would feel dumb if I didnt.

Turn them to manual.

I had the same issue until I figured out I didn’t have injuries on about 15 games into Spring Training.
