2k23 needs to allow bigs to have 99 Post Fade.
This has been my major gripe with previous 2k20-2k22. I'm not sure why this was change, but bigs can only have 85 Post Fade. I want 99 Post Fade this year. Seems op? Meanwhile guards are shooting 80% from the 3 point line.Tags: None -
Re: 2k23 needs to allow bigs to have 99 Post Fade.
I've grown to not trust the post fade at ALL this year, and I mainly use Dirk in all the games I play too. I think it's more of an issue with the coding of what the game perceives as "contested", which makes it impossible to be consistent with. Last time I remember post fading being unstoppable was in 2k15 when anyone could fade & bail out for an easy 2. The problem now, like you mentioned, are that guards can EASILY make 3s while the CPU does their worst to closeout.
I shouldn't feel 10X more comfortable drop stepping & Post spin driving (which post spin drive is VERY clunky & random when it decides to work) over post fading with the master of the move himself, with HOF fade badges & decent enough ratings. -

I think it's just that we are trained to learn to shoot the 3-ball in the video game just as in real life. Need to feed the post more. It works more than you'd expect with easier close-range sliders and tougher long-range sliders.Comment

So your solution isn't to make the game realistic, it's to fight cheese with cheese. Ok denComment
