Is anyone know what time to preload Madden NFL 23 on ps5 and xbox series X ? I see auto download date said 8/13 on my ps5 and not tell what time to download

Download just finished. Xbox series x hall of fame edition..
So we can’t play until the 16th like the store says correct?

This is the early release preload and prob ea subscribers. My basic ps5 version says download Date is 08-17.
