Man would it really kill them to give us a little but of rock? Just a little. Considering actual nfl broadcasts use mostly rock music during games.

As a hip hop Junkie, and madden gamer of over 20 years.. some of the most memorable madden songs are rock songs. There was a great stretch from 02- 08 where there was distinct “This is that madden song” but really was a smash hit

And another year of turning off all of the music in Madden. I would love to have the NFL Films music or at least the orchestra stuff that sounded similar. As others have pointed out there is simply no diversity in the music style for the soundtrack.

Turning off the music is literally the first I thing I do when get to the main menu of the game. Next is turning off the in game commentary.

Another year of mostly trash rap songs that get old after hearing them twice. I wouldn't even mind an entire rap soundtrack if it was actually good rap. The Billboard charts right now are full of rap, pop, country and some rock thrown in. I'll never understand why EA doesn't realize their game audience is just as diverse.

That's the thing. It doesn't have to be. I'm not asking for greatest hits. Madden 04-08 had a great mix of songs from smaller and up and coming bands.
