I assume if you buy Madden on Steam it'd work without issues.
If buying it through Origin, you'll have to go through extra hoops.

Ironically I have no problems on Steam deck but 23(EA Play Pro version) won't start on my desktop lol. Works on my laptop though.

I reinstalled Origin and redownloading 23 and see what happens.

I am very interested in what people find out in regards to this game on the deck. I am still incredibly salty about M23 being the previous gen version on pc but I would consider buying it if it works well on the deck.

I played one short Madden Legacy game and didn't notice any issues. Ran pretty good for me imo.

I play 22 on the Steam Deck on medium settings and get mostly solid 60 fps with occasional dips. Madden 23 seems to run much better. This guy was getting 70 to 100+ on medium.
