Looking good. Graphically and colors imo it looks identical to 2K22. Seems like a negligible difference there. Which is fine. Eras and MJ is already a win. We just need good gameplay.

Funny...First time that I was REALLY curious about another mode outside of PNO. Quick thoughts....

• No contracts is nice. At a certain point, you earned so many contracts, that it made it a hassle to add contracts to the players just to use them.
• Looks they're trying to grab some of the MyPark players with the Co-op. I imagine this will be more popular once the cards start becoming OP. Heck, it might satisfy my MyPlayer itch.
• Position lock - that might appeal to MyGm/MyNBA players, but I don't see that taking off.
• Unlimited mode is about to become even more toxic with the Leaderboard and additional rewards.
• Glad they added a single player mode for Clutch Time.
• Glad they're giving us a seasonal rewards ladder in Triple Threat.
• Like the minor changes to Limited and Draft modes.
• WTF...we can save defensive settings in this mode, but not PNO????
• I see you Fred Jones .

Honestly, it looks like MyTeam mode is going to end up being my mode of choice if they screw over PNO again.

BUT....to all my PNO brothers. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the MyTeam mode and specifically the Limited Mode if PNO is ignored this year.

I do notice subtle improvements to the player models though. Textures seem slightly improved also.

You're giving me a chance to brag on the mode, lol. I'll say this to start. MyTeam Limited mode is PNO without the tiers, team unlocking, or worrying about real life injuries impacting your lineup. You create your team based on roster restrictions that prevent individuals from creating teams with the best cards of that season. With the addition of era filters and rules this year, I think the mode could be more interesting than PNO (assuming they didn't touch the mode).

Technically, you could create a current NBA team and run with that if the roster restrictions allow it, but why would you? I created mostly Pacers-theme teams when I could, but some roster restrictions "forced" me to create other teams. For example, there were restrictions where all the players had to be from the same division. Keep in mind that you're using players from all eras. Off the top of my head, I was killing dudes online with AI and Wilt when we had to choose players only from the Atlantic division. Personally, I enjoyed playing with my favorite players in NBA history like JO, Granger, Duncan, Shaq, GP, AI, Stockton (surprisingly, he was my favorite PG to use when I could), etc.

An underappreciated pro is that you can also choose the coach AND playbook. Each coach gives you different stat boosts based on their coaching style (defense, perimeter centric, grit & grind, etc). Picking the playbook is important, because it allows you to create the team then find a playbook that fits your roster's strength.

Honestly, with the roster restrictions, you really do see a good variety of teams versus seeing the same GSW team for 80% of your matches in PNO. I like going into matches not knowing what to expect from my opponent. The only drawback is that Limited mode is available Fri morning - Sun night.

Really underwhelmed.

Wish they would have developed the Limited mode more, should be just as deep as Unlimited IMO. Way more fun to see how opponents build a team that capitalizes on /compensates for their players' strengths and weaknesses (shouldn't this be the point of a team building mode in the first place!?) than how much money they've pumped into the game to get a lineup of perfect players.

Will be a one month play and dump for me.
