Anyone with early access, is the Broadcast camera available this year from the start on all modes? Just wondering on that one since last year I couldn’t even play the game till they patched that back in.

Comparing this gameplay with the current celtics, with the one with the bird celtics, it's clear that 2k made old school teams play the game completely diffrent than modern teams.

In the old school celtics gameplay I saw a lot of pounding the ball inside, screens for mid range jumpers and more people standing inside rather than on the perimeter. Whiles in this gameplay the celtics have spacing, and are actively seeking the 3

This game is looking so good. Looking more polished with the animations, the pace, seen many cyberfaces updated, etc. So many little things been touched/cleaned up it seems. Can't wait.

I think we have a new standard when it comes to lighting and visuals. They really went 2k14 on steroids

Something i don't understand, bugging me for a while is i guess like since 2k20 while players dribbling at times you see them dribbling with wrong hand if you know what i mean, they dribble to left but with right hand kinda wrong hand i mean and i've seen them in these videos,too with that wrong hand stuff, i hope it would be worked out or at least 2k is aware of it hopefully i don't know, it's been like this for a while..

Until like 2k17 i don't believe i've ever seen 2k has had an issue like that, and that's why watching old game like 2k14 or 2k13 etc. would give me that more natural dribbling with right hands all the time, there ain't no animations blending wrongly there. This kinda wrong hand dribbling is more like Live issue back in the day you know. Like Elite had this idea of seperating and controlling different hands accordingly and ofcourse caused a lot more issues than they thought it would lol.

0:50 - cpu left to tag from high wing instead of corner (variety of where cpu help comes from that’s great to see)

4:02 - CPU Mitchell Robinson slips the pin down to get the lob from RJ Barrett (That was nice!)

7:00 - Cpu D Rose with the drive & kick!

9:50 - nice weak side tag by cpu

10:50 - Cpu RJ Barrett stutter step hesitation animation. This looked awesome!

12:15 - CPU Brunson with the alley oop pass of the PNR

15:05 - great read on pnr by Brunson to the roll man Randle

19:07 - Quickley with another nice dish to roll man Robinson in PNR. Cpu PNR game is nice and love their decision making.

19:38 - Would have liked to see rose Iso Love here.

21:20 - Quickley hits Toppin on the PNP for another great read!

22:10 - Another great possession & I touch on below with CPU players getting stopped and hitting the open man instead of forcing it. Happened twice here. Love it!

25:34 - Small ball with Garland beating Robinson but cpu steps up to help on drive

25:55 - Late game iso by CPU Randle at top of the key! He didn’t finish but I like the play call in the situation by cpu.



A couple of random thoughts…

- The basic crossovers look nice and super explosive changing directions!

- Players will need to get used to using and playing angles on defense. I’m all for this! Brunson was cooking on drives.

- To piggy back the freedom of movement on drives but still lead to contested layups is awesome looking. Need to work on those hop steps and scoop layups.

- Players cutting and moving off ball even better than last year and improved. For example a few more sprinting faster into running screens.

- I didn’t see but maybe 1 or 2 plays where cpu forced a bad shot. I saw tons of great reads if they got stopped they would kick it instead. Love that!

- This looks to be the best I’ve ever seen the cpu AI play ever and this is beta?! Wow!

- CPU Randle with a few mid range contested pull-up’s I liked in here too that normally don’t see out of the box

- This video got me pumped for the game!

Early gameplay looks awesome and I love the animations and how they flow!

My only question is that most of the gameplay has more washed out color to it. Is that just YouTube washing out the color or should we be expecting that with the visuals in this game?

Maybe there may have a filter to them,too. Just a guess.

That could be the filter but totally agree with you about that.

As for the gameplay is awesome right speed but I can definitely see people complaining already as most of the early access games showed people having a hard time with that “Turbo button”. Lol [emoji23]

There is now a "cutter help rules" option.

Description- This setting determines how off-ball defenders will help in drive situations.

If this works. Then the pnr defense cheese is fixed.
