NBA 2K23 - My Eras All Star Game Uniforms

I thought I had read that all star games would have their respective uniforms, not the ones from 2k22. First season, 92 all star game and the uniforms are the Kia ones from 2K22.

Yep, something is wrong if you are not seeing it. Here is the quote from the My Eras Blog:

"All-Star Game Jerseys – Players will now wear their own team’s jerseys in the All-Star Game, until the real-life NBA made the switch to team-based jerseys. This detail, while small, really demonstrates the amount of thought and effort the team has put into creating a genuinely authentic experience for every NBA fan out there."

If you read that twice, it doesn't say era specific jerseys. It says team jerseys. Unless my game is messed up, and I started a league twice to see, the authentic all star game jerseys didn't make it in.

That's a bit frustrating that there are no year/era specific uniforms. Maybe they will add some through a patch?


Either way, still having fun with this game ALOT. I'm sure they will address it!

Started one in the Jordan era. Still the Kia uniforms.

So I think the devil is in the details here. That article excerpt never actually referenced full all-star retros, only that players would wear their respective team jerseys in the years in which the NBA went that route.

Players wore their team jerseys in all-star games from 1997 through 2002. The first year of the Kobe Era (2002-03) is when they switched back to all-star uniforms.

My bet is that that 97ish to 2002 era has players wearing their own unis in all-star games but other years don’t have actual AS uniforms.

It's just me or you can't disable era filters in era mode? I like filters but just try to do so and didn't see this option ��

Pause and look in the game settings. There is an On Off Toggle for Era Filter. I had a hard time finding it too.

It's not a big deal, but disappointed they missed this detail. Thought we would be able to choose between a few main jerseys just like you would for any other team pregame. The white and red ones from the 80s that were also used in '03 and the jerseys with the big star from 92-94. That would at least cover the three era years and a lot of the surrounding ones + the years everyone wore their own jerseys.
