The update is coming, the problem is that I have been super busy lately. Next week looks similar unfortunately.
My guess is that around June 25, I will be in position to release my first roster update for 2022.

Finally this week I had some time to work on my first roster update for the 2022 MLB season. At this moment I have all players ready, 90 per franchise with no more than 45 total pitchers in each one to try to avoid the trade problem -perhaps this could also fix this RTTS issue- that appeared in the 2021 roster updates.

I am working now on assigning players to major league and their associated minor league teams. Maybe this coming weekend -Saturday night or Sunday- I will be able to release my June 2022 roster update.

June 2022 Roster update.

Notes:

• Some fields are random, mainly player skin color -player likeness-, salaries and contract length. If you want to help, please reply here in this thread to be able to update the values in those fields for each player.

• The whole 90 player roster is updated for all franchises. Not only in MLB but also all the minor league teams. Thanks to baseball-reference.com and fangraphs.com for sharing all that information.
• Thanks to MBMavs20 for his 2020-2022 pitching edits.
• All-star rosters are still a guess, I think it will be quite close to reality for the current season. Keep in mind that this game only allows 25 players per team (15 for Class A teams) including all-star rosters.
• Ohtani is a pitcher but also plays as DH.
• Current injured players that have been in a MLB team this year appear in the minors, most of them at least.
• This time there are no more than 45 pitchers per franchise. You should be able to complete player trades. It seems that this also helps to fix this issue in RTTS.
• Audio player names are either correct or no audio at all. Adding more variety to player appearance, pitching and batting stances.
• This roster update has the stock roster as a base. This should get rid of the "File is corrupt issue" that appeared last year. Just save in game the stock roster in slot 2, back it up in Vita Save Manager, replace your decrypted game saves for this game inside folder ROSTER_031 with my files. Restore it in Vita Save Manager.
• Please post in this thread any issues you find.

Saving the stock roster in slot 2 is not relevant, you can actually save it in any available slot. Just be sure that you are replacing the files in the correct folder. For example, slot 2 is linked to folder ROSTER_031.

Close to two months delay but I had no time to work on this until this week.

This time, I show you the full update of the Marlins current home uniform, not only the jersey as in my previous post.

You can see the helmet, cap, numbers, jackets, pants and one of the Marlins logos on the left sleeves from the current uniform set.

The September 2022 roster update is coming, most likely this weekend.

At this time I am assigning players to major and minor league teams. Actually, this is the bottleneck of the whole procedure, in particular for minor league teams.

I noticed that when Ohtani is pitching (also DH) in a game and it comes his turn to bat, the other pitcher is not pitching any balls to him. This happens when you play with DH. Just fast forward to continue the game.

I think this is just the way the game handles it and there is not much to be done. The game just expects a player that is not playing in any defensive position as DH.

For example, Aaron Judge is like a 60 overall. Is that correct or did I do something wrong, or do I need to play with certain slider settings? Thanks in advance if anyone replies to this! That is correct, I am applying my own ratings calculator given some data (from the current season and the previous three too) from the sources I mention in the release posts. In any case, you can edit player attributes in-game.

Any game with lot of players above 90 is not good for my taste.

Thank you so much for all of this. It is ridiculously cool that you do this. I haven't figured out how to install yet but I will. This game plays so well this is awesome. I can run real seasons.
