Unable to log into EA server on Xbox Next Generation
Im on Next Gen Xbox, and every time I try to log into the EA server for Madden23, I get "Unknown Log In Error" and of course I can't Log in. Anyone else having this issue, and if so, were you able to fix it?

Yes, I am having the same issue. I thought it was just me. Trying to contact EA support is getting me nowhere. -

I played a cfm game last night around 11pm.
Had a bit of wonkieness happen to me where madden started, it skipped all the thanks madden and loading screen stuff. It loaded directly to the main menu, then nothing worked.
Had to restart, and then all was fine.

Dont know if this will help, but.....
I have been getting the same error message.
On a chance I logged into my ea account and found I had 2 profiles linked to my ea account. Myself and my nephew as we do the xbox game share. At some point he linked his account to my profile.
When I use his profile on my xbox I am able to finally connect to the ea servers, but for some reason it blocks my personal profile from connecting.
Ive contacted ea about unlinking my nephews gamer tag from my ea acount, but no responce to this point.
Not sure that is any help, but wanted to share.Comment
