My eras salary cap

Does any one have a method for the salary cap adjustments ? Or Does the cap increase every year automatically?

Ok thanks I read somewhere that the cap doesn’t increase and folks were doing it manually

Do you have a set inflations rate you use ?

started in the Jordan era/91 at 51%, I keep maybe 70% of the rosters accurate to real life and bump it up now and again if I feel it would be beneficial, currently in 2009 at 54% but there are always teams with cap room, no free agents get left behind etc.
