Extended gm mode and seems like a nore advanced creation mode too, that's great news.


I love the trailer too. Cena realizing people can see him.

Can’t wait to hear more about the game. From this the two things that stick out to me are a expanded mygm mode and universe mode getting a reworked story system.

Nice to see 2k/Take Two going with the last gen version on PC similar to NBA. At this point I want nothing else than for 2k to lose all their licenses.

I want to see/hear more about the roster, control scheme (please be simplified), and further gameplay improvements.

I'm really liking that deluxe edition cover with the "Doctor of Thuganomics" John Cena.

Nice to see 2k/Take Two going with the last gen version on PC similar to NBA. At this point I want nothing else than for 2k to lose all their licenses.

I had the game on PC last year. It's the same exact game as all the other versions. I would assume it's the same this year.

So WWE 2K22 dropped end of August 2022. WWE 2K23 dropping mid March 2023. Just 7 months a part, this could be really good or really bad, right?

I do like this dropping around WrestleMania though. Good move moving forward.

I'm super excited for War Games. I knew about it a few days ago but couldn't say anything. Also excited for the expanded My Gm and Story stuff for Universe. Hope we can incorporate War Games into both.

I take off every year for March Madness so I really like the release date. I can spend the whole week just playing this game and watching college basketball. Really psyched for the new MyGM stuff, still playing that mode from 2k22.

I'm also excited for potential Ruthless Aggression stuff. Hopefully, we get some great arenas from that era and I'm hoping for some guys from that era we haven't had on a game in a while, maybe Carlito?
We'll see.

Got to say, I'm pretty disappointed War Games doesn't have 5 on 5. It seems it is on both gens of consoles which would explain why it's only 3v3 and 4v4 but damn wish they made it a next gen console exclusive in order to make it 5v5. Can't even simulate the War Games matches we had last year.

Everything else looks great....

I think it works - most War Games (WWE included) have been 4v4 anyway.

“More simplified”? What is so hard about pressing square, square, X, circle? They already dumbed the controls down enough so that anyone can just pick up the game and luck in to something cool. I personally wish they would go back to the control scheme from 2k19. Last year you couldn’t even do your second sig or finisher if it was performed from the same position as your main one. The controller wouldn’t register the input of holding versus pressing.

I get why they want to make these games more accessible, but I didn’t like how the game became more of a button mash fighting game last year. It be nice if they gave people the option of what play style they want
