                      PS4 and PS5 pre-downloads are now available. Looks like 62 GB on PS5, nearly 46 on PS4.

                              Though I do not have an Xbox, from reading what others have written, gamepass does not allow early unlock. You will need to wait until March 28th.

                                      You could buy the Early Access for Gamepass to play on 3/24. It's 44.99.
