That usually means you are moving the stick too slow or not holding it at the end. Everything has to be in timed motion. Go into practice and try it with different speeds/pitches until you get it to work right. -

In addition, pay attention to the speed of the "preview" movement that shows up right before you start the motion - that's the speed at which you need to move the stick. The speed difference is most noticeable when pitching from the windup vs pitching from the stretch - some pitchers are very slow from the windup which means the motion must be done in a slow rhythm.Comment

I had the same problem, plug in a headset or some earphones it fixes it.Comment
