On The Hunt For NHL Game Programs

I am looking for some NHL game programs for a mod I am making of NHL 2000. Here are specific seasons and teams I am looking for:

1998-99 (preferably from around December 1998 to March 1999):
Florida Panthers
Dallas Stars
Detroit Red Wings
Edmonton Oilers
Washington Capitals
Los Angeles Kings
Chicago Blackhawks
Nashville Predators
New York Islanders
New York Rangers
Philadelphia Flyers
Phoenix Coyotes
St. Louis Blues
Tampa Bay Lightning
Pittsburgh Penguins
New Jersey Devils
Boston Bruins

1999-00 (preferably September 1999 to November 1999):

The reason is because, even though I can find some of these on eBay, some team programs from these seasons can't be found there. And in this case, Google is not my friend, as I can barely find relevant results. If anyone can help me find some of the stuff I am looking for, I'd gladly appreciate it. I’ve tried on HFBoards, but only one person helped out. I tried asking the SIHR Google Group, but that went nowhere.

Posting this in the pro hockey forum because I don’t know where else this would go.

What do you mean by "game programs"? The games themselves? Or applications developed to modify games?
