MLB 16 Roster Vault Archive

Looking around the old threads I see a lot of cool rosters. Unfortunately, they have mostly been lost. I have scoured these threads for every roster I could find, and collected them here in one place, for convenience. If anybody finds any more, post them here.

Big thanks to tonybologna and saintjimbo1885, the former for requesting these (not everybody was/is online with their consoles, you know), and the latter for uploading them. A lot of these rosters here are from their interactions.

Looking around the...

You should consider just hosting them elsewhere, Google Drive, etc. Are these PS4 or PS3?

I should have put PS3 in the title, but this thread is in the Last Gen section, I thought that would be enough. EDIT - changed title. I will eventually upload these to Google Drive, but I just wanted to get them out there, using Google Drive from this tablet at work is a pain.

Nope, just 16 for the PS3. Nothing stopping anyone from looking through the old threads and collecting any rosters (that's what I did).

No, no. You're good. It's just that I linked to it from the home screen and didn't notice what we were talking about. Good, I'm glad it's for PS3. I think it's a far better game.

Hey does anyone have All Franchise 4.0 For MLB The Show 16 I have been trying to find it for years since they shut the servers down it would be a miracle if someone has it still

Let be a lesson for all of you guys with PS4s/PS5s. If you have a roster, mod, or anything like that and you like it, stick it on a flash drive, save it in your cloud, whatever. Because eventually, the PS6/PS7 will come out, and this will happen to you. Great video game works of art, lost forever.

100% true.
I still have a bunch from 16 I think and even a bunch from 12. I would kill for a roster set for one of the last PS2 games. Rarely had so much fun in a baseball game as the PS2 Shows.

Does anyone have these rosters unlocked to play on any ps3? If you do please share. I have been struggling with appollo and brute force since I am a noob. Watched videos and I still get corrupted roster errors. I would love mid season or an after the trade deadline roster.

All of these files should be unlocked and enabled to play on any PS3 - you do not need to use appollo or brute force to get them to work.

Just put them on a usb and then copy them into the Mlb 16 folder that is located in the Saved Data Utility (PS3) on your PS3
