    Unseen/Hidden animations

Hi guys! I promise I'm not trying to be annoying right here at M23 to M24 transition point. But I decided I didn't want the CPU to have an edge over my team in speed and performance. All Pro seems like my team is restricted by their talents and ratings.

So I decided to throw the difficulty level back to Pro. Not to contradic what I'm saying but I wanted to improve some CPU sliders to bring out a little more competitiveness to the game. I also lowered SOME of mine to not overpower the cpu.

All that said.... I've noticed ALOT of never b4 seen animations and I absolutely love the game play when I see them. I typically don't use the spin move but now guys with a high spin move will do more of a break tackle spin when the defender gets close. He will also break ankles when performed further away from the ball carrier.

Big QBs will shed more tackles, WR don't go down as easy for both sides making the game more of a competition. Powerful olinemen are just nasty and plow the way. Getting up to the 2nd level and leading the HB. High rated DBs stick to the WR like shadows and break up passes accordingly. I think when you take away the All Pro built-in cheat/restrictions.... you will see the game open up but not so one sided either.

I had to bring an extra guy closer to the line of scrimmage when I felt CMC was about to get the ball. I had to spotlight guys like Jefferson to keep his numbers low. Dude knew how to find soft spots.

As I digress, you will find some sweet gameplay and animations playing on Pro. Maybe M24 will be the same after the muti update phase. Have you seen anything great lately?

Not knocking what you are seeing, but with the exception of what I highlighted, I see all this on All Madden, so I'm not sure it's exclusive to Pro level.
People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.

Just wait until the NCAA football game drops, we'll be able to mix and match those animations with Madden PC. (If they use the same basic file structure as the 6th gen, which they do for the most part)

I made an animation mod for 08 PC using Madden 06 PC and Madden 12 PS2 animations.
NFL Head Coach 09 had a "Play Steal" feature.

CPU teams stole your successful plays in your playbook and added them to their playbooks. That feature met with college playbooks from incoming college coaches and user created plays birthed a new meta evolution for playcallers across the NFL.

        Huh?

EA Sports has said many times that Madden NFL is tuned for All Pro difficulty, with respect to which difficulty setting respects player ratings the most closely.

CM - This may be true from a competiveness stand point and how ur players should act during play. I'm saying visually.... even tho the game is slightly looser, it seems like you get more animations that play out on Pro with adjusted slider because ur not competing against the All Pro way of playing. A couple more examples. How many times have you you seen ur star DE get stood up by a low rated olineman on AP? I've seen play (not controlled by human) where the DE will make the appropriate move to the inside, outside or bull rush to destroy the oline on Pro. On All Pro unless ur controlling the All Star, he would sit up and patty cake him to death.

Star olineman are seen having a huge impact on running plays. These guys seek out defenders to steam roll. AP seems to dumb then down and when they hit someone smaller.... they seem to have run into a brick wall vs putting then on the ground. Elite WR "get off me" moves against db simply make them look redic. This goes both ways CPU elite wr doing ot to my DBs.

I feel like AP adds boosts to CPU players' rating and drops the effectiveness to the users to make the game tighter and seem more competitive.

            Wait, what? ....lol

As far as I know and also based on what the devs have mentioned All Pro is based the closet to player ratings (as CM Hooe already mentioned) and what you are describing is All Madden difficulty that gets the cpu boost...I have NEVER heard of AP getting any kind of "boost".
