Honestly, at this point, I'm not sure why anyone bothers. What of anything useful has this game offered in years? A dead product.

Feel for you guys that didn't like '23 and don't look forward to '24.
It's definitely not perfect but compared to other sports games in my opinion it was very good.

Some things I really wish they could add but because of HUT I realize they will probably never go sim enough.

I know I've felt let down many times over the years in different EA games. Even last year Madden was great to play but had some huge issues that wrecked my franchise experience.

I can understand the feeling of not trusting EA, I don't trust them at all either and don't go into NHL '24 blindly putting my money down. I do feel bad for others that didn't have the same experience to what many of us here feel was one of the best hockey games in the past few gens.

Yep, the only information I need is whether PC is on the list for versions. No chance I am buying for any other platform. My Steam Deck is pretty much all I use for gaming these days.

As far as gameplay I’m looking for neutral zone AI improvements and as far as anything else, for the love of all that is holy give us some semblance of presentation that resembles an NHL broadcast. Ever since they booted NBC we’ve lost what made the series so great

I loved NHL 23, I think it's the most complete hockey game we ever had so far, other hockey games before all had bugs in them, or didn't play properly, am still playing NHL 23 as a goalie, and I do agree with them, short side goals are kinda bad so am glad they are fixing that and possible making goalie limbs more adaptable to situation.

NHL 23 took a huge step back last year after several years of taking strong steps forward. Hopefully they bring back full broadcast back, and finally start adding to the signature shot styles like they promised they would when they were first introduced back in 2020.

Also, hopefully they fixed the power play 1-3-1 not working in franchise and introduce even more modern strategies to the coaching options. That is my dream at least
