    Solving the Cowboys Franchise Issues

Every season Dak is MVP (or at least top 3) and leads the league in TDs and Yards. Lamb is the top receiver in the league the majority of the time. And Micah Parsons breaks the sack record every year. No mid tier QB should be leading the league every year and obviously no edge rusher should break the record every season. I've done 4-5 different franchises and gone multiple years deep in them and it's an issue in every one.

Is there anyway to solve this? I tried editing down their stats before seasons a few times and it didn't do anything. Is it tied into their playbooks? If so is there any way to change those in a cloud franchise? Maybe before starting the league? Would appreciate some help. I'm about to edit Dak and Micah to a 0 to get this to stop.

Don't recall seeing this issue in the sims I did, but you could force them to lose games when you simulate.

This didn’t happen in my season. Although Dallas does have like a 13-3 record heading into week 18.

Same thing just happened to me in my first season. Playing as the eagles, Dak wins MVP, Ceedee is the best WR, Micah didn't break the record only bc I did lol I have seen on reddit I believe people are also seeing it, and have for the last few years. I really think the only way to "fix" it is to mess with their ratings a little.

I'm playing with Tampa and I haven't seen this in the year I finished or the year I am in now, currently week 14.

Haha, ironic that the best fix is creating a new owner (i.e. getting rid of Jerry Jones).

Maybe try assigning the Cowboys a different playbook.I really think that's the problem. When I played them they threw 50 times and ran 10.He racks up stats

Cowboys have a tissue-tearing easy sched in Madden terms this year, so I rarely see the simulation give them less than 12 wins. Though in Season 2 KC went 17-0 in simulation, then won the Super Bowl (over the Cowboys no less).

Yeah, seeing it 5-6 years deep in a sim-only franchise i'm doing too.

This is a perfect simulation of the National Football League for the next five to seven years. 10 out of 10, no notes.

Is it tied into their playbooks?
To answer your question, playbook assignment is probably the thing you will want to change. Much of teams' successes and failures generated by the Madden frontend game simulation engine (specifically not in-game SuperSim or Play The Moments; only the games simulated during the Advance Week operation) is determined by playbook choice.

For example, in Madden 22, any team which employed a head coach who used the Buccaneers' offensive playbook would see a significant increase in production of their passing offense.
