Create a default roster in Madden 12 to a formatted USB, open it on your PC using Horizon or Modio, click on Content, inject/replace the original default roster with this one, and you’ll have 2024 rosters.

X360 Madden 12 (2024) Roster
My friends! Last night, I finally figured out how to convert a Madden 12 PS3 roster into a 360 one. So, as a gift to those who helped, here is a 2024 roster for the 360.
Create a default roster in Madden 12 to a formatted USB, open it on your PC using Horizon or Modio, click on Content, inject/replace the original default roster with this one, and you’ll have 2024 rosters.Last edited by bacardilvr; 08-18-2023, 02:24 PM.Tags: None -

Yep. Here it is. Youll have to encrypt this again with Bruteforce.Attached FilesComment

Re: X360 Madden 12 (2024) Roster
So I'm trying to tinker with updating the rosters for Madden 25 on the Xbox. I think I've done what needs to be done but every time I try to replace the existing roster file via Horizon or Modio, the file size is two or three times the size of the original file (2224 KB vs 784 KB), even though the roster file I add is the correct size (710 KB).
I remember I had this problem last year. I do not remember how I solved it. Any suggestions are more than welcome!Comment

Re: X360 Madden 12 (2024) Roster
Does anyone know how to use the PS3 file in RPCS3? In an old post that had the 2022 roster, the roster folder name and the blank roster name I made in-game in Madden had to be the same. However, the folder name that was linked is "BLUS31178-ROSTER-MAY16_151300". "MAY16_151300" should be the in-game blank roster name, however, you cannot create an underscore when naming rosters inside Madden 12, also the name is too long. I've tried a couple different names and it doesn't work. Also, I changed the game ID to the correct Madden 12 ID.
Anyone figure out how to get this roster to work on RPCS3?Comment

Re: X360 Madden 12 (2024) Roster
Hey everyone, I was able to figure out how to take the Xbox 360 roster initially posted and convert it to a PS3 save for RPCS3. Here are the instructions on how to use it (ignore that the file is called Madden22, you can rename it in-game):
- Save a Roster as MADDEN22 in Madden 12 on RPCS3
- go to (RPCS3 Folder Name)\dev_hdd0\home\00000001\savedata and look for BLUS30770-ROSTER-MADDEN22
- Put the files from my folder into that folder
- Say "Yes" to replace the files in that folder
- Once you boot up the game, load the roster and it should all workAttached FilesComment

Re: X360 Madden 12 (2024) Roster
Okay, I give up. I've done this before and helped to edit rosters last year. But this year I seem to have no success in updating the rosters. I ended up buying Madden 12 for the 360 in the hopes of making it easier to add the new rosters than with M25, but I'm still getting either no change to the existing rosters or a corrupted file that doesn't work.
I think I figured out the first problem: the latest Modio seems to change the file on your USB drive but to save a second file to your computer. Would replacing the file on the USB drive with the file from your computer work?
For changing files, I've tried simply replacing ROSTER-DEFAULT with what was downloaded from this thread, no luck. I've tried opening up a save file of my own and copying the data from the Excel spreadsheets back and forth, also with no luck. The files end up with either a smaller file size (780KB vs 784KB) with an old version of Modio or a much larger file size (~1500KB) with Horizon.
Any suggestions are much appreciated. My sons have their annual Turkey Bowl with Madden coming up on Thursday (duh), and I've manually added the main players they want in M25, but they would really like to have a full draft. (And yes, I give up and am getting them a new Series X for Christmas.)
Thanks, everybody!Comment
