hmm, good find. The only thing I could think of would be a specific song they had on NHL 19 that they didn't get extended copyright for, so they had to de-list it. Commonly happens with games like GTA V but they're just release an update that gets rid of that song. This is a long shot though, I can't think of any songs on 19 that they wouldn't have gotten the same copyright for as all the other songs they've ever used...

Still better than the Xbox store, NHL 22 is the oldest on there.

NHL '20 is off both EA play and PS Store. I think it's also off the XBox store but obviously if you bought it you have it. What makes less sense is why if you have a key that was unredeemed for a game no longer listed, you can't redeem the key even though by virtue of having the key, you've bought the game, you just haven't downloaded it for whatever reason (such as how little SSD space you can add to the Xbox until recently). This obviously applies to 3rd party sales at places like Gamestop since buying the game through the store would add it to your inventory, but EA obviously have the game on their server somewhere since you can reinstall a game you bought, but you can't redeem a key for a game that you bought but didn't tell EA in time, essentially. That makes little sense to me. I did a bit of game key arbitraging years ago - pre-pandemic for sure - and as a result I have a bunch of keys I wasn't able to sell, are not redeemed according to the returns on their APIs, and can't be redeemed. I don't need the money now since I was arbitraging the price difference in crypto and fiat and it worked out unexpectedly well in a way I never imagined but still, a headscratcher.
