It would appear modders have cracked the code on Undisputed 3 and looking to add a lot of content; from the description:

UPDATE ROADMAP:
In a future update, UFC Undisputed Forever will reassign all new fighters to the most accurate slots, following a recent discovery, however, this will take time. It is being worked on alongside a full stats update, and move swaps to ensure each fighter looks and plays as realistically as possible.
All in-game fighter announcements will be replaced with new audio accurate to the fighter in a future update.
In time, all in-game commentary for UFC will be replaced with more up-to-date voices on the call.
Commentary for RIZIN will be replaced with original work in a future update to ensure context-accurate fighter calls, along with mentions of the current organisation.”
I’ll be installing this later forsure, and the future updates look to completely overhaul a lot of aspects that were previously thought in-moddable.
just wanted to throw it out there for those who have PC’s or other devices capable of running RPCS3 and still play UD3
