    NHL 2K8 (PS3/360) - 1994-1995 ROSTER - NHL95 PORT

    This is a simple conversion of NHL 95's rosters to NHL 2K8, created using formulas to convert the Letter Grades spreadsheet from segathon.com to 2K's rating system.

    * All players should have accurate bios (age, height/weight, number, handedness, etc.).
    * I manually selected the head model for most players.
    * Captaincies set (PS3 only).
    * Franchise Mode works, but NOT with Fantasy Draft (not enough players in '95 to fill 30 teams)

    Relocated Teams:
    * Phoenix = Winnipeg roster (use the Jets alternate jersey)
    * Colorado = Quebec roster (use the Nordiques alternate jersey)
    * Carolina = Hardford roster (you could create a custom Whalers team)

    The editor can be used to transfer the rosters to the '93 Jets and '93 Nordiques if you have them unlocked.

    Notes:
    * This save file follows NHL'95 even where its rosters were inaccurate to the actual NHL (retired players, etc.).
    * Default line combinations were generated by the editor, so they aren't necessarily realistic.
    * Because 2K8 will glitch out if there are less than 20 Free Agents, the Free Agents list was filled with randomly-generated players.

    Report any problems in this thread. The 360 version was ported via the editor and is untested. If anyone uses it let me know how it goes.

          Tested and it works for me. Make sure you're creating a Roster save and not a profile save (common mistake).

          Here are the instructions again, since I can't find the old post that had them spelled out.

          1. Create a new roster save in NHL 2K8:

          Main Menu > Rosters > Save / Load > (Name the file) > Enter > Create New Data > Yes.

          2. Transfer your save to a USB drive:

          PS3 menus: Game > Saved Data Utility > NHL 2K8 Save Data > (Select the file) > Triangle button > Copy > USB Device.

          3. On a computer: download the zip file, open it and extract the files USR-DATA and ICON0.PNG.

          4. On your USB drive, navigate to PS3/SAVEDATA/ and open the save folder (name starts with BLUS, BLES, etc. depending on the region). There should be exactly four files inside.

          5. Replace ONLY USR-DATA and ICON0.PNG with the versions provided. Leave the other two files alone.

          6. Transfer the save back to the PS3:

          PS3 home menu > Saved data utility > USB Device > (Highlight the save) > Triangle button > Copy > Yes


          I'd appreciate confirmation if anyone else has these working (or is having issues).

                  I did all the steps and it still has the default roster

                      Having the same issue...followed the instructions here for both the 1994-95 roster and another one, one file was corrupted and couldn't be copied but the image for the 94-95 roster showed up (assuming since it was Pavel Bure rather than Jason Spezza), but neither roster showed up in-game when I tried to load them
