    How does game play without edits?

    Getting old here so my patience to go through and edit 70+ wrestlers along with new tendencies is tiring now! LOL I love what HYPE/DC does with the wrestler attributes, though.

    However, has anyone just played this game in Universe without any edits or just tendency edits? How does it play out for you?

    I play with no edits and I like it. I actually started a Default Universe(1st time ever) leaving everyone where they were and then adding Cena, HHH and others to either Smackdown or Raw. I am ONLY CPU vs CPU and I have been having a blast letting the CPU design the Rivalries and Matches.

      If you don't mind me asking what type of wrestling are you into? And what kind of matches are you looking to have in your Universe?

        I ended up finally inputting the DC/Hype edits. They do a nice job with those edits. My issue, after playing and having AI v AI matches, is that it doesn't seem the attributes play much of a role as they should. It seems the sliders are factored in more. Using the sliders on the DC/Hype edits, Reigns (89) and Carlito (55) were hitting 10-15 min matches with both wrestlers getting mass damage.

        To me, that wasn't realistic at all. I know we can't go by OVR numbers, but comparing the attributes, this match should be over within 5-7 minutes and Reigns dominating. Then, I created an all 30 rated wrestler with no paybacks. Again, matches went way too long. Reigns would win, but 10+mintues was unreal. I did find sliders online that so far, seems to favor the better wrestler. In 2 matches so far, it's the first time Reigns wasn't taking severe damage from Carlito and match maybe went 7m. That's why i think the sliders are playing more into the outcome than the wrestler's stats, which is backwards.

            No, unfortunately. I think I found those at night and forget to bookmark the link. I think it was on YouTube. However, after the patch, and it could just be me, but my AI sliders went back to 50. I'm not sure if that was what I had or the patch reset them. Looking at my browser history, the ones I found are 25. These aren't my sliders but I've been using these.

            I just think the game puts more emphasis on the sliders than the attributes. I want to have long matches when it's reasonable. But I was having 10-15m matches with Reigns vs jobbers and that should never happen. Especially with Reigns getting damaged body parts a lot. Damage meaning...orange or red. Too many kickouts from finishers, etc. I'm all about a wrestler winning by finisher, but this isn't TV, it's a videogame. So I just want a "realistic" result.
