franshise mode, no playoffs?

I'm sure it's something I messed up when setting up my franchise, but can someone tell me why in my franchise after I finished my last game of the regular season it jumped straight to offseason? I'm playing NHL 19, FYI.

In the menu top right did you accidentally click advance to next season instead of advance?

Good question, I'll pay more attention next time. In the meanwhile I set up a playoff mode to at least play out what would have been
