I feel like Iverson is the obvious next legend to grace the cover. It’s been long overdue. As far as moments? Not sure if he has enough for an entire standalone mode. They should take the 2K12 approach and do something based around various different legends. Probably isn’t feasible, but it would be cool if they added one performance for each member of the top 75 list.

AI would be well-deserved considering he graced the cover multiple times. or maybe a combo of him and shaq (also multiple covers) with a shaq edition cover and AI edition cover. we can get the answer moments and shaq diesel moments.

Please let me try to do Wilt's 53 pt, 32 reb, 14 ast, 24 blk, 11 stl game he supposedly did. Tmac's 13 in 33 seconds too?

2k12 had a bunch of cool one off performances from legends. I'd love to see 2K take the NBA Top 75 list and let us play a showcase game from 10 or 12 guys from the list. Outside of Reggie and Barkley, 2K has every notable player from the NBA history. We don't have to keep rehashing Jordan, Bird and Magic. Let me replay something special from Dave Cowens or Jason Kidd's games.

Both is the right answer. You could even start in College.

Make the whole game in a rivals theme. Give me a rival story in MyCareer. Focus on Bird and Magic for Moments. Give me specific commentary and atmosphere for MyLeague games.

They have the rivals for a while now in MyLeague, but never did something with that feature. That would be a cool opportunity.

                  In order :

                  1. Wilt Chamberlain
                  2. Shaq
                  3. Larry Bird
                  4. Bill Russell
                  5. Magic Johnson

No matter who it will be, there's no bad choices there, and a tons of moments that would be fun to play.

This is the correct answer. They can cover multiple players, and they even have the filters to do it.

Do an NBA 75 Moment Challenge, like NFL 2k5 did with ESPN anniversary or like Madden moments. Then I'll buy again...

Funny how NBA is my 3rd favorite sport behind MLB and NFL, but I have bought 6 straight NBA 2Ks on launch just for the MyLeague/MyNba. Don't even play career. 2K just tries harder.

To celebrate 25 yeas of NBA 2K, it needs to be the original cover athlete, Allen Iverson. It's only right.

Then for 2K26 it could be Shaq because he's another cover athlete from the early days of 2K and the last player to 3-peat as the Finals MVP.

Then 2K27 can highlight Larry Bird for all the people who don't realize how great he was. I would also like to see a documentary on him in the style of The Last Dance.

Then 2K28 could be Reggie Miller because he doesn't get the recognition he deserves.

Then 2K29 could be Patrick Ewing, another great who doesn't get enough credit.

Then by the time we get to 2K30, it'll be time to honor Lebron James again

Yes. Exactly this! The NBA's history is so rich with great players and performances. Not only that, but most of these assets are already in the game with the Era's. All we'd really need is a little commentary to recreate the context.
