Yes, I successfully challenged a shooting foul and instead of my Opp taking two free throws, it became a jump ball

The other time I challenged an out of bounds call that looked like it went out off the opposing player but the ref called it out off my guy. I won the challenge and the ball back.

To be fair, I've played 35 - 40 games and challenged a call in almost all of them and was very surprised when it was successful.
