Well, CPU Difficulty and AI Learning maxed out I'd suppose. Then possibly giving the CPU a speed boost by 7-10 and same with CPU acceleration. After that, possibly bump up the CPU aggressiveness slider.

With the above said, the game overall no matter what you adjust to make rivalry games feel like rivalry games just don't cut the mustard IMO.. Just try and get a solid set that works for you and use them.

Your sliders are pretty legit. This game is beyond needed to be fixed. Out of all the sliders I’ve triewd, I like yours so far. Good job!
