    ATG 2001 and ATG 1935 (MLB 24)

It was a great MLB 24 release yesterday, amplified by Myers finding the no-flap helmet position player and pitcher.

Our projects to start on MLB 24 will be 2001(93 man) and 1935 (AL, NL, NNL)

First order of business is building era specific templates. I started work on a 2000's era set yesterday. Replacing every player with a template from the same position. Having a framework like this built really saves us time and clicks when building a project. Neutral face, basic era specific gear, and ratings set for ease of tweaking. SDS Legends will remain on these template files. All other SDS players will be overwritten.

I hope to have the 2001 template done by next weekend. I will upload it to the vault once finished as well. After that I will start the same process for the 1935 template.

Best guess is a summer release for ATG 2001, and a fall release for ATG 1935.

Bonny and all other ATG guys, gotta ask. Do any of you ever have time to PLAY the Show?

With all your projects year after year.
      I am the way
      I am the light
I am the dark inside the night.
      I hear your hopes
      I feel your dreams
And in the dark I hear your screams
Don't turn away, Just take my hand
I'll never leave, All I ask of you, Is Believe.

A fantastic group of guys. I have really enjoyed getting to know them better and they do terrific work.
Pitching, defense and 2 out RBIs win a lot of ball games!

Curious, is the ATG 1915 roster still coming out for MLB The Show 23?

Who else thinks it would be cool to have an option on the option screen to play the games in black and white instead of color? That would really make these rosters from decades ago nostalgic.

That would be real cool. Was hoping they would let us use the presentations that are locked to Storylines

Looking forward to next Winter when I pick 24 and play ATG's baseball deliciousness.

We are loving their work right now on 23 for at least the next year here....and beyond.

I thought I'd be disappointed that 1998 wouldn't be recreated for '24 as it was in '23, but the news of a 2001 roster has me looking forward to its summer release. Thanks guys.
