My 1980s-1990s Roster is in the Show 23 vault!!

What is it?

Its a 93 man 1980s/1990s combo roster.

I used the years 1980-1998 to make this roster.

How'd you make it?

I wanna say a HUGE thank you to the roster makers for their incredible rosters that made this possible. Here are the rosters I used for making this roster.

1981 ATG Baseball - JMyers
1984 ATG Baseball - ATG_Baseball
1985 ATG Baseball - JMyers
1990 ATG Baseball - JMyers
1994 Full 93 man - MATTLIN352
1995 Roster 1995 - AHOLE1178
1998 ATG Baseball - ATG_Baseball

Edited?

I only edited a few players to change their primary to secondary position to make the roster correct.

I didn't edit any NAMES, HTS/WTS, OR ANY RATINGS.
I only exported and imported them AS IS into my roster.


How'd you do the teams that entered the MLB in 1993 (Miami and Colorado)?

I took the players from 1993 to 1998 and used them to fill in the teams. I also used minor leaguers to fill out the rosters.


How'd you do the teams that came into the league in 1998 (Tampa Bay and Arizona)?

I went thru 1998 and 1999 rosters and if ANY players played even 1 season for those two teams I put them on those 2 rosters. EXAMPLE: Jose Canseco played from 1985 to 1999. He played MOSTLY for the Oakland A's but played 1 year in Tampa Bay so he is on the Tampa Bay Rays roster.


PLEASE NOTE: I took from all the players from 1980 thru to 1999 and added them first. IF needed there are some 2000s mixed in just to fill out the teams. They are mostly minor leaguers.

Minor leaguers?
They fill out the teams roster and are 90% REAL minor leaguers.


PLEASE NOTE: I DIDN'T DO THE 40 MAN SET UP
I DIDN'T DO THE LINE UPS/PITCHING ROTATIONS

That way each person can set up the teams the way they want to.

I think its really good, I moved some players around though, still going through it, not sure if you meant to have some of the higher players in triple a, so still some fine tuning and edits but it's really deep and as I said it's good, ty for doing it.

Glad to hear it storm. Yeah I should've mentioned

I didn't do the 40 man setup
I didn't do the line ups/pitching rotations

That way people could set it up the way they want to.

I just got MLB 24 hours ago but good rosters are coming thru slow in the vault.

Might get MLB 23 for $29.99 with good rosters like this one.

Thanks for your interest chuck. If I'm correct All rosters are crossed. You should be able to play with it using either one.

I created it with PS5 Show 23.
