This would protect everyone in the contract clause from getting sued they can add it but not sure they will however

This is how you can insure that anyone looking for a quick buck can't get a quick cash grab erasing any fear in getting sued..

It sucks they would have to go this route but it's the best way to cover yourself The player don't have to sign the contract but This clause needs to be added in!!

Unfortunately, it's not that simple. You can put anything you want in a contract, but that does not stop you from being sued. Now the clause could be legally sound, but they can still be sued. They may win, but that doesn’t really matter because being sued is really expensive even if you win and I’m sure that is the primary reason for handling this in the way that they are.
