haha, I'm playing 2k23 online again for fun, and it's great because it's kind of like Live 19 community wise.


I played a game, and dudes were melting down, insulting me, then they quit. Next game, they are on the other team. Smashed them. Next game, they come into the lobby as we are waiting for 5, and I'm like, "Yo man we already just beat you tho haha." And they leave.


Grade A content.


I think that's what is missing the most: accountability. Another weird thing is all of these dudes have their messages off, so if you wanna say gg or whatever, you can't. Some people have sent me messages about how I suck or whatever, but I just say lol. I'm not gonna turn off my messages because of that. I always say gg to people who play well even if their whole team is trash. I respect people actually playing it out.


Edit: I was really impressed with the community in NHL.

I mean.......Madden gamers have actually lobbed death threats against certain Madden devs. Then there was the competitive Madden player who actually killed 2 people at a Madden tourney.

It doesn't get more toxic than that. Madden by a landslide.

Lackluster franchise whose fans are even worse than the game is bad.

Meanwhile their little brother been watching them and learning from bro mistakes
Making a Major come come back
Basically showing us the fans to never compare them to that other studio across the hallway ever again because their team got a weird rep why are they still around 🤔
