Is this even a thing anymore? With early access three days before the street date, are any mom and pops getting it much before then? Not to mention most people go digital these days anyway.

Digital is much more convenient but I was definitely jealous of all of the guys who got the game early back in the day. I never had any luck but I F5'd all day anyway lol.

I’ve heard people getting it at certain shops in New Jersey but nothing confirmed yet

I’ve also heard people having it Wednesday too at certain locations. I’m in Syracuse New York and I’m always just late on getting games early. It’s definitely a thing still these days.

This is a definite blast from the past type thread, lol. I used to refresh those religiously. Got lucky a couple of times before registers stopped allowing sales associates to break street dates. There were some poorly run Walmarts in Houston that would have the game for sale a few days early before they got smarter.

Damn, feels like the good ole days. I never got ncaa early but scored madden a few days early twice. Paid a lot to get it shipped from Ohio

I only got lucky once and it was just a day early. Loved hearing about others though.

Those use to be some of the best stories to come out of OS, the hunt for NCAA Football once early copies were confirmed.
