Yep only 27.10 GB. Can anyone explain why so low? I understand more will come, but usually it starts at a much larger initial file.

Yes that's what everyone is expecting. Since it's a worldwide release that's when it should be released.

I preordered the standard edition and have no option to pre download, assuming you need to purchase the deluxe version or whatever gets early access
