I made some progress on Steam.
I have created a Japan account through vpn. And bought a Japan gift card at
https://www.apartment507.com/product...gital-3000-yen. I could redeem the code. Now I have 3000Yen on my Japan account and the game in my shopping cart.
Just ordered another 9000Yen at this store.
