Re: Pursuit angles...
putting the speed parity on 75 almost eliminated bad angles completely but made the game have less explosiveness offensively. Putting it on 65 minimized it and still allows for explosiveness in my slider testing. It's like the default settings, even the players move to fast for an animation to register so they end up running smooth past each other lol -
Re: Pursuit angles...
I definitely have noticed it, gave up a lot of yards sometimes because of itComment

Re: Pursuit angles...
They're rough, which I get, it's a college game where pursuit angles are often sloppy. I think they may have overdone it. My sliders have speed threshold at 95 and that has definitely helped the pursuit angles out.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: Pursuit angles...
I would venture to guess that the bad angles are more of a result from the bad game design instead of trying to emulate the college football inexperience.Comment

Re: Pursuit angles...
Shady Mike Gaming made a good point in his review on YouTube in that the poor pursuit angles are a result of suction tackling being pretty much 100% gone in this game. I noticed it as well but the more I play the game, the more I quickly control the closest defender resulting in me having better overall tackling.Comment

Re: Pursuit angles...
The problem is deeper than just suction tackling. There appears to be no logic coded in on what pursuit angles even are.Shady Mike Gaming made a good point in his review on YouTube in that the poor pursuit angles are a result of suction tackling being pretty much 100% gone in this game. Re: Pursuit angles...
I think there is definitely a problem with the angles but the other guy is right too. If you are playing the games and you control your defender manually and use strafe to square up to the ball carrier and x to wrap up tackle, you'll see much better tackling overall and less crazy plays. But as far as the CPU controlled defenders, it deff needs some tuning. The problem is deeper than just suction tackling. There appears to be no logic coded in on what pursuit angles even are.

Literally not how any of that works. You guys should actually learn what a game engine does. Cause you just sound stupid when you say stuff like this.Originally posted by Lakers 24 7It has to be something related to the Frostbite engineBeavers|Red Sox|Buccaneers|NBA HoopsComment
