Hello my fellow OS'ers and EA College Football 25 enthusiasts. My name may be familiar with some from my previous FCS Directory Projects on NCAA Football 13 and 14 here: (https://forums.operationsports.com/f...y-project.html).

The project was made up of a team of fellow FCS college football minds to assist with the recreation all of the FCS teams with the help of the previous teambuilder website. It's been a long 11yrs since the release of NCAA FB 14 and now COLLEGE FOOTBALL IS BACK with EA CFB 25. This time around the teambuilder site features a robust suite of editing tools to create your favorite teams. After one day on the site I have created 4 teams so far and let me you, the level of detail you can replicate is amazing and it's what I've always hoped for. So for anyone who has help out with the previous projects, I welcome you if you would like to offer your time and services yet again, that would be much appreciated. As for anyone new to this that would like to help out, you are most certainly welcomed. I will update the team roster guidelines after I review and update the original document that was used in the past(That will be posted here). This is what we go by to ensure the FCS teams are accurate as possible and balanced amongst themselves.

What template are you using to set them up? Cupcake? Juggernaut? Etc.

Also, what system?

For the FCS schools we use Cupcake as the base and tweak the ratings from there. This is to keep the balanced in game against the majority of the FBS programs and to keep them on a scale amongst themselves based on talent level.

I’m so glad to hear you say that. It’s how it should be with MAYBE the only exception being South Dakota State, but they’re a rare breed.

North Carolina and South Carolina FCS Programs

Team Builder Username: NCoffey
I have included the name used for each team to help in searching for them in-game.

All North and South Carolina FCS Programs, uniforms updated as best I could with TeamBuilder limitations and bugs. All teams have 5 helmets/jerseys/pants with the exception of Western Carolina (due to a bug that was overwriting an alternate creating duplicates). Most uniform pieces are based on team worn items, some are concepts to give plenty of options for each team.

All rosters are updated to each team's Week 1 participation. No names, but position/height/weight/class/had/ and appearance have been updated. Some faces change in-game from what was set in TeamBuilder, so they may be slightly off. Also, #0 cannot be used in TeamBuilder, so I gave those players #8 since it has a similar shape when viewing from a further camera angle. When using teams in Dynasty, duplicate #s are automatically adjusted, and some ratings change. Very few ratings have been changed at this time from the base Cupcake roster.

Working on Weber State. Will see how things go with this terrible Teambuilder interface, but I might take care of a few Big Sky teams.

Have heard that a couple universities are putting together a teambuilder squad for their team. Anyone have info? I think I saw one by Idaho State, but if it is them, they half assed it.

As far as a ratings scale goes, I am looking at some known FCS to FBS transfers and using them as a measuring stick for other players. For example, Jack Kelly, Marque Collins, Jake Eichorn, and Logan Lutui from Weber. Anthony Woods, Marcus Harris, Ormanie Arnold, Terez Traynor, Tigana Cisse, and Xe’ree Alexander from Idaho, etc.

I forgot to answer that in my last reply, I will be creating my teams on Xbox but they should be downloadable regardless of platform. I will need to see the best way to locate them in game since the search engine has limited filters.

For the Jackrabbits jersey, I see you have two blue 'bars' near the top of the jersey. Did you have to custom make those? I have a team I want to recreate and they use that same exact style and naturally I don't see it as a preset option.

I have updated my signature, those were my old profile names. If you are able to search in game for a gamertag, it is: MrLux
If you are on PS5 there may be a workaround like it was back during NCAA 14 by using timestamps but I will have to investigate.

Good catch there! Yes, I had to get creative because for some reason the Under Armor jerseys don't provide additional jersey customizations when select different templates like it does for Nike, I think this is a bug currently. Basically I had to create those bars in a editing tool and then resize them on the jerseys after I imported them.

Having similar issues when naming Charleston Southern...the whole name won't fit, and Charleston S. creates an error...so they will be CSU Buccaneers. I will likely go back and make Campbell "CU" instead of "Campbel"

Faced the same issue the Grizzlies name, had to change it to Griizzlies. Teambuilder will give you an error if you use a period anywhere in the team name, if you remove it, you should be fine.
