Has EA acknowledged any of the issues so far?

I’ve played the game for a week. And normally I’m all for giving guys a pass on the first game, but EA worked on this game for years. Let’s not forget. And some of the issues in game just shouldn’t be. It’s highly disappointing.

First I’ll say that gameplay is ok to me. Haven’t seen anything major with that.

But dynasty mode is borderline unplayable. Even SI is calling them out.
-Bad sim logic. Almost every game is just a 50/50 toss up.
-Really bad poll logic. I see 2 loss teams above unbeaten P5 teams all the time.
-No formation subs and mass subs causes major issues with keeping starters out of games in blowouts. Even if you manually edit them on the depth chart they’ll still come back in the game somehow.
-Random number changes. We need to be able to edit numbers and have 1 of each number on offense and defense like real life.
-Random locked out recruit glitches in recruiting.
-Custom conferences is glitched up very bad. And there’s too many weeks in the season. I’ve seen USC have 3 bye weeks between games before. Get rid of week 0.
-We should be able to edit numbers, color, and ratings on fake players in dynasty. Plain and simple.
-No create a player in dynasty is a major bummer.
-There’s an issue with the “Best Center” award where both of a teams centers make awards list. Not game killing but it’s obviously due to the center position being treated like the tackle and guard positions and the game thinking that 2 of them play.

    In RTG I’ve noticed
-Really bad coaching logic at times. I’ve seen my team not kick a game winning FG when it was the clear option at the opp 2 yard line.
-I’ve been pulled from a game on 4th down assuming we’re kicking only to see that it simulated us going for it and me throwing a TD.
-AI doesn’t properly run the clock on 4th down when you get pulled. For example I was running the clock for a GW FG and my opponent had no timeouts. On 4th we should’ve run it down to 3 seconds and kicked. Instead I get yanked on 4th immediately with 33 seconds left and the CPU kicks the FG right then instead of running the clock. Giving my opponent 27 seconds they should not have had to come down and tie it up. Really irritating and unrealistic.

I think that EA did acknowledge the problems with recruiting logic in a tweet, but I haven't seen anything else. Which is pretty typical of them. They are notorious for going radio silent until they have something immanent to provide. I don't agree with that practice, but it is what it is.

Lord I hope they know they still have more work to do. Even if they dont acknowledge it, surely they know it.

I don't think they're going to come out and say "hey the feature everyone wants to play is horribly broken" when they're still trying to sell copies. It would be nice but also not real business savvy on their part.

The game has officially been “released” for three days, despite most of us getting early access.

I would try and be patient, and wait until the update/patch drops. In the update release, EA will certainly give feedback on issues that the update will address, and I’m sure they will make an attempt to offer a blanket statement regarding the other issues that will be corrected with future updates.

They did come out and say they were working on a fix for like 4 star players not being recruited .

On top of that, it's the weekend. Anyone who would be able to offer an update on anything has probably been enjoying their time away from the office the past two days, as well they should.

Patience is all we gave ea last year when CPU play calling was clearly broken. Not only did they never fix it EA never even acknowledged the problem. I have no faith they will actually address any of the issues. I'm pretty convinced there is some intent on their part OR they are unaware. Either reason is a reason to not buy any EA games until they do better.

I'm pretty sure you said the same thing last year and gave a reason not to buy any EA games until "they do better". I know I did. Now here we are, one year later and once again we're saying the same thing... But we always end up buying and EA knows this.

The " Best Center " award has a picture of the heisman trophy lol and the other awards have different pictures of different awards as well.

Well would you look at that?

EA *has* responded to any of the issues so far.
