Everyone will start as a OC or DC of a team no higher than 82ovr.
You can stay as OC/DC as long as you want but records will only be counted for HC in the all time record list, national championships and bowl games will be split between coordinator and HC. The goal is to see who can be the “best” HC by the end.
The overall goal is to see who can build not only a winning program but also stay a winning program!
