Are we safe to start a new franchise?
For the first time what seems like forever there doesn’t seem to be anything stopping us starting a franchise right now. Last year it was the rookies with the wrong bodies, years previously with had the wrong scores and crashing.

Re: Are we safe to start a new franchise?
idk if its truly gamebreaking or not, but every receiver in the roster hasnt had their traits edited outside of their dev traits. every receiver has "no" for aggressive catch, possesion catch and RAC catch.Comment

Re: Are we safe to start a new franchise?
I knew it was to good to be true. Always something.
These traits are on in the roster in the main menu. When you start a franchise all traits are switched off for ALL players and if you edit them and switch them off it never saves.
Makes franchise unplayable really.Comment

Re: Are we safe to start a new franchise?
I’ve done some games in my Franchise starting the difficulty on All-Pro to get a feel for the game. I noticed it’s switching to Pro at some point. It’s done that for me before in the last couple Maddens. Pretty frustrating.Comment

Re: Are we safe to start a new franchise?
You probably tried this already but I made a new roster save then loaded that into a new franchise. Same issue so it look like no work around, will need patch.Comment

Re: Are we safe to start a new franchise?
I tried default pre season roster and online/offline franchise. No difference. The traits are broken within franchise no matter what roster you have.Comment

Re: Are we safe to start a new franchise?
So I checked these myself and can also confirm the traits are broken in the edit menu; HOWEVER, I believe this might be a visual glitch as someone in this thread has also stated. The reason I believe this is because when you go to see a players ratings on their player screen and look to the right, you will see the traits section and everything seems normal there indicating that the traits ARE active, but maybe can’t be changed in the edit screen?Comment

Re: Are we safe to start a new franchise?
I think it's just a visual error.
If I take TJ Watt for example
In the Player Screen he has the Big Hitter Trait for example
If I click edit player it says on Player Trait Tab "no" for Big Hitter.
If I save it to yes, and then no again. The Player Screen Trait Big Hitter disappears. If I save to yes then again, it is there again.Comment
