    Dynasty question about player XP

Does anyone know what player goals you have to do in order to gain xp at each position for a player in dynasty? Also, how much xp does it give for those goals? (ie: Does running for 100 yards gain xp for a rb, if so, how much? Does getting a sack with a DE or LB gain xp, if so, how much? Is there a place to view all these goals and how much xp they give for each position?

The vast majority of development comes from offseason training and the XP they get from doing stuff during the season isn’t really worth worrying about.
Teams: Minnesota Vikings, Cincinnati Reds, Marshall Thundering Herd, Virginia Tech Hokies (2010 alum)

That's not really true, i had a guy go up about 10+ OVR points during 1 season. In fact, he went up only a few points during the off season.

The bottom line is, no one has a clue how progression works. Some times they go up in the season, but mostly the offseason. Even in the offseason they don't give you the detail of how much they went up. Worst progression system I have seen in a while.

Here's the embarrassing part as a developer.

They already have a In House football progression system in their "Big Brother" Madden. Madden would at least show you the XP gained for each weekly goal and XP gained for awards. I have no idea why I got 10 000 coach XP after simming.

This "Building the foundation" motto they have is getting more and more annoying to me. They built a foundation without looking at their neighbor Madden (and all the features added over the years to address things) and/or opting to remove structural support.

I agree. I think a lot of people took for granted the “little things” would work and were more focused on the bands uniform. As someone who has owned every copy of NCAA made, it’s disappointing much of this worked 15+ years ago. No way they’re patching all this. We just have to hope next year most of this is fixed.
