Anyone who has done a full historical roster knows how much work it is. I cannot even count the errors but it is insane. How Iteach and other can do at least one per year by themselves is quite impressive.
Anyway to the point, I would love to do a roster similar to what I did back in Madden 18 (bestteams1984to2000) of getting some great teams together under one roster. But there are some considerations.
1) because of the pass heavy game that Madden has become I do not think teams before 1984 work that well (but can be persuaded see below).
2) I am very confident that I dont have enough time to do 32 teams on my own with all the equipment dressing / name changjng heights weights / ratings. so the purpose of this thread is to see if anyone would be willing to be part of a community effort?
The dream would be 8 creators each take one division and we schedule accordingly. for instance Creator 1 has time now and jumps in creating the four teams jn his division. creator 4 is busy now but has time from Sept 28 through Oct 4 so signs up to rake division 2 that week. etc etc
Once we know the inrerest we can talk about how long and when each person would want the roster. imagine we had 32 creators then maybe you only need two days to do your one team. Of course that is a dream world but lets say there is 8 of us wach doing one division, we can decide to dedicate 1-2 weeks of intense creating to get our 1 division done and passed to the next person.
If this goes nowhere so be it, I just know that this can be exciting for 4 or even uo to 10 teams but after weeks of energy spent and you realize you are not even a 3rd done the BURN OUT is REAL and so many ideas go unfinished. But imagine working hard to get a division done and then getting a break while someone else expands on what you did. After a few weeks you may even want ti jump in and do a second division because you can actually visualize a finish line.
