Which potential expansion teams have a proper commentary?

Curious about going down this route but I was wondering which potential expansion teams that are more or less already included have a proper commentary (team name, city name etc.) in the game? So for example if I create the SuperSonics as an expansion team, will the game recognize them and fire the commentary as it would if you play them in the historic mode? Is there any proper commentary for their premade teams (like Baltimore, Honolulu etc.)? I would really like to know because it would really be cool to replace some of the less interesting franchises but only if it isn't immersion breaking. Thank you for your feedback.

I have used the Pre-Built Expansion teams because of that precise reason .......... Each of them has appropriate commentaries associated with them. Each has the City & Mascot names announced. I wanted to use some community uploaded user Teams instead but those did not have appropriate commentary.

Question, did you edit the unis and floor at all? I really would love to keep the prebuilt team name and logo, so I can get the 3d logos and in game intros as well as audio support, but I hate that the prebuilts have no NBA crest/manufacture marks on the jerseys and I want to edit the team floor. Anyone know if doing this will kill the audio support for the team?

In answer to OP’s question; I know for a fact that all prebuilt team nicknames have audio support. I know that any city that is available in game as a relocation or expansion option will have audio support for at least the city name from Kevin Harlan. Though they won’t refer to the whole team name (city +nickname.)

The SuperSonics are the most common team to join the league in most people’s saves, and I know that the game has audio support for it because of Eras, but I don’t know if you can do a custom expansion as the Sonics and get Sonics audio support for it. If you have to name them SuperSonics or if they can be just sonics or whatever.

I have run a sim as the Vancouver Huskies and both those names individually had audio support though never together.

No, I did no editing at all.

I play with a fully custom Seattle Skyhawks expansion team (named after my son's high school team name). Harlan does say Seattle.

My favorite goofy bug is the stat that pops up about Seattle holding oposing teams to 0.0 points per game the previous year. The commentary is about how good their defense was.

Um, yeah. The oposition scored no poonts against then last year because the team did not exist. LOL

There is a list if you google it. Badgers, Hoyas are there plus other nicknames the announcers say. A few state names like Texas and California and Boise is also said. Or were last year
