    Dynasty Player Resets

So I'm 5 seasons into my dynasty playing with Troy. It's the beginning of the season and I'm feeling pretty good. It's the first season where I'm ranked out the gate. Mind you It's 25th but I'll take it. I've spent the last few seasons focused on developing and recruiting good offesive lineman and it's paid off. Last season I got great protection for my average QB which allowed him time to make above average plays. So now I'm moving a few players on the o-line around. I have a couple of so(rs) LG that should get the starting position on the right side and at LT. I go into the edit window and I take the higher overall so(rs) and switch him to RG. I back out and go to look at my work and dudes not at the top of the depth chart. At first I thought he'd disappeared but I soon saw that for some reason he went from a 87 ovr LG to a 79 ovr which was where he was when I recruited him as a freshman. Weird. I then stupidly move my other LG to LT and the same thing happened. His ovr dropped to where he was as a freshman. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Did you change them in the player edit screen or change at the svhange position part of the offseason?

Both. I'll change positions at the change position screen but then after training sometimes a backup player ends up being better than a starter. In that situation I'll just edit the position. Also I moved each player back to their original LG position but the reduced ovr stayed the same.

Moving them outside of the change positi9n spot doesn't allow you to select the archetype so that changes to something than what it should be.

Ohhh I see! That makes sense. I'm gonna have to stop changing positions with the edit screen and just move players around as is. Gonna wreck havok on my OCD though. Smh

Not as extreme but it drives me nuts when I see my top two guards are both RG and I have to make the change to left. I wish they'd implement labeling positions as OG, OT, DL, Edge, etc. The current format is a bit outdated to say the least.

Agreed. Or at the very least put the training page before the position change page. Lol

I always thought they need 2 change positions. One before and after the training. That way if you have a safety that’s a little slower and change him to LB cause of depth but then a LB you thought was good enough but has a massive offseason. Then you can move the one back to safety and continue getting developed there
