Red circles underneath a player

What do they mean? I've seen one circle and two red circles. Can't seem to find an answer.

Two Circles = You're hot, 1 = you're warm.

I’ve noticed red circles under player when he gets hot. Any way to turn that off? I placed player icon to off yet this still appears

You turn it off by playing the game on PC. Otherwise you can't turn it off.

Isn’t it just turning off the indicator in customize HUD?

No. There are still 'hot' and 'cold' circles remaining even if you turn everything off.

Still cannot believe that this remains in the game. We've had the ability to choose a "clear" screen since the PS5. Mind-boggling.

Note that, for PC, anyone wanting to get rid of these and other un-removable indicators can do so with my Remove Remaining Indicators mod, available (for free) here -> https://ko-fi.com/s/20b8a0073d

I just got around to updating it after Patch 2.0 broke the previous version.
