1989-1990 NHL Rosters

I'm currently working on 1989-90 season for PS5. For the first time since 2012 I believe I'm going to throw MLB the show aside for now and focus on creating some NHL. It's still in the early stages as of now I just have Quebec and Hartford finished. There will be no in game legends and every team i'll customize. mainly due to the fact you can't edit ages and for doing multi year seasons. Salaries and contract years just doing the best i can for that. Ill try to keep you all updated as I go along.

Can't wait have fun trying to match up some of the faces though and as always thank you have you noticed that the editing screen is really slow? They should also have a way for you to go right to a player when editing instead of having the scroll for 5 minutes haha

You lost me when you said you are not using real legends.Why would I want to use a fake Bobby Orr.

Yeah totally agree the editor needs to tlc for sure used to mlb got a bit spoiled with that lol.

You lost me when you said you are not using real legends.Why would I want to use a fake Bobby Orr.

No worries Robert Gordon retired in 1978 but they did an incredible likeness of him in the game one of the most influential players ever.

Have the Nordiques, Whalers, Blues and the North Stars finished. I'll try to keep everyone updated as i go.

Haha nope, mlb editor is way better. But the way you can set up franchise ans be a pro on nhl is soooo much better

Between this and Bostons All Time roster…..we will have a couple of primo retro rosters for NHL 25.

I am addicted to this game….so I am thrilled you both decided to toss yer hats and talents onto the ice!!!

Those two for sure along with Biebig2010's no-duplicates Alumni & Kiss75's two '70s rosters ('71-'72 & '78-'79) .......... this is the 1st EA Sports NHL game I've played more than a handful of games it is that good in my opinion.

My classic teams set is now finished and in the vault, guys. I may even have one more set to come out in the new year but we'll see. Right now, I just want to lace 'em up and hit the ice! Enjoy and Merry Christmas!
