Love this game. 5 years into my current dynasty. Can’t tell you how often it happens where towards the end of the half or game and I am trying to kill clock only for the cpu to have a player get injured, have an injury timeout to stop the clock, and not actually have to use one of their 3 time outs. It happens so often to me that I actually consider starting kneeling very early just to waste clock without risking an injury timeout. Anyone else experience this?

Threads have been created in EA's forums for the issue
Funny thing, at least in Madden25, it's just a simple toggle under the hood and can be done by PC modding. Something called "running clock on injuries".
If CFB25 and M25 share the same stuff under the hood, I think this was just a simple oversight by the CFB team.Comment

This would all be fine if we as humans had a flop option and the game handled it correctly.

It usually happens to me when I am trying to run the clock out at the end of the game, but then again playing on heisman difficulty it makes sense to put a roadblock in front of me to try harderComment
