Trying to get a good CPU vs CPU gameplay roster going. How do I make the CPU run freelance offense? I can’t seem to get them running a freelance and instead they just swing the ball around aimlessly until the clock expires. I’ve got play discipline high and iso versus defenders low but I’ve experimented with those values and can’t get it to work. Any suggestions?

Hey man, I'm the roster creator for the most realistic gameplay roster. What I've come to find out on CPU vs CPU gameplay is you have to have the right settings for it & roster.
For the roster, we edit every tendency to everything on editing wise. But big part of the roster editing for CPU vs CPU is the coach settings/sliders within the roster editing.
How to get the correct settings for both teams is to load in like you are going to play as one of the teams then do the defensive matchups for both teams load your sliders. I have a CPU vs CPU slider set uploaded then run your game. You will see some plays ran from the playbooks we fully edit. And some freelance on misses so the team can get out and run.

I created a 72-73 season scenario. I just can’t get good shot distribution. No matter what I seem to edit tendency wise, the star player is getting the large majority of shot attempts. At least 50% or more of the attempts. Any suggestions?

Multiple adjustments to all mid range tendencies

I even maxed out every mid range tendency (100)

Are you saying that they are getting 50% of the shots when you play or when you simulate? I think I saw yours the other day. The shot tendencies were pretty high on some of the players

I only “play” CPU vs CPU. In those games the star player takes 50% of the shots.

Does coaches settings (like run play) frequency effect shot distribution?
